Every Friday I will share with you what I am working on and I hope you will share with me what you are working on. I can not share with you the exact project that I worked on this week because it is for the If It’s Groovy Design Team, but I have created a tutorial for you. Ok, below is the tutorial for a really simple chipboard mini album!

Chipboard Mini Album

Follow these instructions to make a mini album out of chipboard. This project should take less than an hour to make!

Materials Needed
* 3″x 4″ pieces of chipboard (as many as you would like)
* Book ring
* Adhesive
* Some pretty patterned paper cut to 3”x4” pieces (double the amount of chipboard pieces)
* Coordinating ribbon and fiber
* Photos
* Embellishments

1. First you will cover each of the chipboard pages with the patterned paper. Be sure to cover the back sides as well.
2. Add your photos, embellishments, journaling and any other touches to the cover and pages.
3. When done punch a hole through the upper left hand corner of each page.
4. Thread each page onto the book ring and tie on some coordinating ribbon and fibers to finish it off.

Have fun with this! Don’t forget to show me your creations to be entered in the drawing for a prize! Being that I am starting off on a Friday the first prize drawing will be Monday, June 1, 2009!
