According to the Webster.com Dictionary, a scrapbook is a blank book in which various items (as newspaper clippings or pictures) are collected and preserved. That is a true statement! However, I like to kick it up a notch and add all sorts of pretty embellishments and enhancements. The same dictionary defines an artist as someone who professes and practices an imaginative art. So a scrapbooking artist would be something that uses imaginative art to create books with various items (as newspaper clippings or pictures) that are to be preserved. My scrapbooking skills more than match this definition; plus I am a very upbeat scrapbooker-always infusing my work with joy and enthusiasm.
As a scrapbooker, I keep up to date with all the latest and greatest supplies and tools-such as my Cricut Expression, Slice Design Cutter, and Xyron sticker maker.
Because I love my work, I have a large scrapbooking studio (as large as a one and a half car garage). This is where I stash all of my supplies and tools-including large quantities of funky and unique paper.
I am, without a doubt, a dedicated scrapbook junkie. I love to share my love of scrapbooking and my imaginative and inspired projects with others.
